Welcome to the Smuuv Body Warranty Hub! Enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with our customer-centric warranty policy. Here, you can review our warranty terms or submit a warranty claim. All Smuuv Body products are backed by Smuuv Confidence™ Guarantee and offers an extended warranty for all Smuuv body devices. All Smuuv Body products are covered by our 1-year parts and labour warranty unless stated otherwise. The product(s) shall be purchased originally from Smuuv Body or authorized distributors and free of defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship. The Smuuv Body manufacturer's warranty period is valid from the date the original order is delivered to the customer and is not refreshed with replacement devices. The warranty is registered with the individual who placed the order and may not be transferred to a third party. Activation of the warranty must be made by the initial purchaser of the goods. The warranty does not apply to damage as a consequence of negligence, misuse or unauthorised modification of the product. Warranty is only valid in the country or region of purchase.

If you're experiencing difficulties with your device or suspect a functional issue, please complete the Product Defect Form here to report the issue. If a defect is confirmed, we will make every effort to provide a like-for-like replacement. For limited edition models, Smuuv Body reserves the right to replace the device with the same model if stock is available; otherwise, we will offer the standard version as a substitute. In cases where a product has been discontinued during the warranty period and a replacement is unavailable, we may offer store credit as an alternative.

If your device is found to be functioning according to manufacturer specifications, it will be returned to you. If your device develops a fault within the first six months, you have the option to receive a full refund if you prefer not to accept a replacement. After this period, we can offer a replacement, store credit or gift card only. In the rare event that your replacement device also develops a fault—and you have received two faulty devices within one year of your original purchase—you may request a refund.

Please note that the warranty period does not reset with replacement devices; it remains valid from the original purchase date.

The following situations are not covered: 
  • Product was purchased through an unauthorised reseller.
  • The warranty has expired.
  • Connection to incorrect power sources
  • Used with unauthorized accessories
  • No proof of purchase can be provided.
  • Product was repaired through unofficial channels.  
  • Product was damaged during operations not in accordance with the Smuuv user manual.
  • Damage caused by any misuse or accident. 
  • Product was damaged due to normal wear and tear.   

We encourage our customers to carefully review the warranty policy and provide evidence of purchase to take full advantage of this limited warranty. Smuuv Body reserves the right to update, change, amend, add and/or remove portions of the terms of this warranty policy at any time. You should check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of this site following the posting of changes to this statement will mean that you accept those changes.
